To make and manage your bookings, send you confirmations and reminders, answer your questions and keep the platform safe from abuse.

The salon you book with sees your name, phone number and booking details. Our hosting providers store data on our behalf. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. We keep it while your account is active and delete it on request, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your business details (name, address, opening hours, services, prices and photos) and the contact details of the owner and team, including what you send in the sign-up form.

Your salon profile is shown to everyone so clients can find and book you. The personal phone numbers and emails of the owner and team are not published.

You see clients' details only to serve their bookings. Keep them private and do not use them for other purposes, such as marketing, without the client's consent.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data. When you close your account, your public profile is removed.
