We are a booking platform that connects you with salons and barber shops. The services are provided by each salon, which sets its own prices and is responsible for the quality of its work.

When you book, you agree to arrive on time or cancel in good time, following the salon's cancellation policy. Repeated no-shows may lead us to limit your ability to book.

Give accurate details, including a phone number where you can be reached. Keep your login private: you are responsible for bookings made from your account.

We provide the platform as it is and are not responsible for the services a salon provides. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the platform means you accept it.

Keep your services, prices, opening hours and photos accurate and up to date. Clients book based on what your profile shows.

Honour the bookings you confirm. If you have to cancel or move one, tell the client as early as possible.

You alone are responsible for the services you provide, including any licences, hygiene and safety, and for handling client complaints.

Use client details only to manage their bookings, and keep your team's logins private. We may suspend a profile that breaks these terms.
